Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Murmur. This refund policy applies to all pre-orders placed through our website for the Murmur smart ring, operated by Fable Engineering Inc.

How payment works

The Murmur smart ring is currently in development. Reservations use a two-step payment model: a $10 refundable deposit reserves your ring at the early-bird price of $149 (retail $299). The remaining $139 is charged before your order ships (estimated Summer 2026). We will email you before charging the remaining balance.

$10 deposit refund

Your $10 deposit is fully refundable at any time before the remaining balance is charged. Simply contact us at [email protected] — no questions asked.

After full payment ($149)

After the remaining $139 balance has been charged (total $149), you may request a full refund at any time before your order ships. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Delivery delays

If we are unable to deliver the Murmur smart ring within our estimated shipping window, we will notify you in advance and offer a full refund. You are never locked in — your money is returned if we cannot deliver.
